The flap thing didnt stay on for long and even when it did it didnt move smoothly for the cats to go in and out

The door of the box also gets stuck randomly and is pretty flimsy when in the holes so it will either stay up or get suck on the entrance hole

Works great just top is flimsy and you cannot lift whole pan from it

Also the unit is small my cat is a small shorthair and barely fits

First off the lid is useless like it barely would move i tried to push it oven and it popped off
