Pros

We have a corgi and this gives her a good amount of room to stand up and move around. There are ample vents so my pup won’t feel closed off. One complaint is that my 13-year-old poodle mix is a bit lanky-er.

The door has a nice locking system and overall the carrier is well made. Due to arthritis i cant open the other type of door latch but these are super easy with a dial type latch and the crate slides together easily.

Cons

The kennel is not like the one pictured. I was sent a crate that was clearly refurbished, had been returned. It’s not as pictured, and not as seen in the video, and it doesn’t work to boot.

Kennel is made of cheap, flimsy plastic. Holes are not punched out all the way. Plenty of airholes but also obscures vision to reduce excitement in pup.

Product dimensions are misleading. L x 21 w x 23 h inches are at the mid point of the crate, and are outside dims. The inside dims where the pet actually comes in contact is 26 l x 16.

The latches slid together and screw holes all lined up!

Some of the holes did not line up even with multiple attempts to align pieces together.

This is a decent dog crate if you catch it in sale.

It's nice to be able to transport my 70lb dog without any hassle.

First of all, the shipping was incredibly quick - i received it in no time at all (am prime member).

Had ordered a different brand and it was supposed to arrive 2 days later.

Packaging/appearance

Amazon shame of you for not packing correctly and making pet mate correct your mistake!

The one i just received in october 2021 came with a black door, not chrome as depicted in the ad photos.

The crate was in a box bigger than it and no packing to keep it in place.
