Quality
Otherwise quality is terrific and a great piece if you have a puppy who will grow into the crate.
Overall, i am very pleased with the purchase and with amazon customer service!
This size does not come with the divider.
She easily knocked those out by ramming it, and with the guts knocked out, the bars were rendered useless and she could open the door.
Shipping
Great for shipping comfort, but also exceptional for puppy housebreaking training.
After much deliberation, i bought this type of shipping crate because i prefer it to the wire cages.
Packaging/appearance
I went to the petmate website and ordered the food bowl/water bowl that hooks onto the door so he has water and food throughout the night.

This kennel is probably designed more for people who are planning on leaving the kennel in one place however as previously stated it is possible to work around the immobility of this product

My main criticism is the manufacturer could put a better effort into adding better directions to its tag

But it requires two people for assembly otherwise it would have been a nightmare
