Pros

Pet owners and newbie owners buy this one! This is marvelous! Size is excellent! Can't beat the price and quality. Great for 2 small dogs. Fortunately, my cats use it just fine.

No issues in the slightest. This product withstands the test of time and still works wonderfully. It still works with a broken lid.

The water container holds a lot of water and the drinking tray is very wide as well. The full tank is not too heavy or difficult to maneuver. It holds 3 gallons of water so i am not constantly refilling the water bowl.

Cons

Also, removing the water jug is extremely difficult. Even with two dogs it takes a few days to get to empty and by then the bowl of it is a cesspool and full of grime.

The product was packaged poorly and arrived damaged. The clear plastic reservoir shouldn't be that fragile. It's heavy when it's full and awkward to put on the ground without spilling.

Having 4 dogs it is holding up great, well made

Cheap plastic and the glug glug sound scares my dogs.

My cat took to it immediately after washing to get any residual plastic smell out.

This works great & is reasonably priced.

The quality is great for the price we paid.

This product arrived with a dent in the clear plastic water storage container, near the top.

There were a couple of flies sealed in the water tank when it arrived, clearly from the factory.

Competitiveness

This product is wonderful compared to my other waterer.

The new 3-gallon dispenser is much better.
