Pros

The waterer is so easy to use. Comes with a filter which is nice. Super good quality and i highly recommend! Charcoal filter pad is a nice touch.

Gravity waterer works great and lasts for days for our yorkie. My dogs are pretty sloppy, so i recommend also putting a towel or a tray underneath it to contain the spilled water better.

Also in spite of the drinking dish getting a bit slobbery and grassy, it is very easy to clean when i refill the reservoir. Very light weight & easy to refill.

Cons

This product has one job - and it fails at that. It is so frustrating. It was very sad or upset to receive it incomplete.

The water level only fills up the bottom less than 1” of the bowl due to the water jug sitting so low. But the water never fills past about 1/2 inch and my indie prefers a deeper bowl.
