Pros
Doors open easily, and close securely. The doors open and closes smoothly. Very easy to assemble and is very secure.
Top loading my cats is the only way to go unscathed. You can lift the top up and retrieve your pet or put the pet in with no pushing and shoving. Easy to clean. Also easy to uninstall and clean.
Cons
Second one was also defected. One thing is that i know other cat rescue people who were thinking of buying this carrier for their feral cats - but i will tell them to steer clear and instead get a different brand.
The cut out holes along both sides have not been done well.

We will be driving across canada with our cat in a couple of months, and bought this carrier for the trip.
