Pros

L fleece dog bed or cat bed w/ comfortable bolster, here on amazon. I use it for my maine * cat and it's the perfect size for him.

The vent holes are smooth and the top door stays open for loading. He's figured out the treat trick and how to run out the door while it's being zipped. There's room for him to move around and also for his favorite blanky to snuggle with.

Make trips to the vet less stressful. The top is useful if we're waiting at vet. Happy bunny- happy life.

Cons

The plastic nut for the carriage bolt is terrible. The wire door hinges do not line up with the holes in the kennal where they are supposed to be inserted - the door hinges are 1-!

This defeats the purpose of this carrier. To me, it appears that the carrier slammed against a piece of furniture. If your looking for a well made pet carrier skip this one.

However, the material is flimsy and item was poorly packed with no protection.

Competitiveness

I usually put my 14 lb cat in this carrier because i trust it more than my older carrier.

Much better than others that use plastic clamps or plastic screws.
