Pros

It's easy to assemble in less that 20 minutes alone. No tools are necessary but it’s easier if you have a helper. Easy to install, maybe around five minutes.

As long as you screw the top and bottom together securely, these kennels are really strong. The door is a little clunky when opening and closing, but that will change with frequent use. The latch is husband proof.

Cons

It appears to be a manufacturer defect. Needs quality control/manufacture. Petmate needs to quality check their products this is disappointing!

Be prepared for an extremely large, cumbersome box. Return is a hassle and is costing me $60. A lot of hassle.

The door is flimsy and bends easily, plus it shakes a bit, so easier to damage. The door knob is not usable. The body of this kennel is nice, but who cares about the body if the door is cheaply made.
