It's so easy to clean. Helpes my cat by keeping her hydrated. It’s a fountain, so don’t expect it to be super silent lol. Top level lid/smaller main drinking fountain is where the filtered water spouts out from.

The cats like it and the kitten likes the butterfly option a little too much. My two picky cats love it! I have a house lion that thinks that the pool is his water bowl.

Works great and is very easy to assemble with easy to read clear instructions. Besides that it’s a fantastic fountain.

Although it is compact, has pretty coloring (teal), and a pretty butterfly, there are several problems. The pieces are very poorly fitted together and are not secure. This is difficult to take apart for cleaning without making a mess.

When it runs out of water, it causes a very disturbing high level noise est to be 85db. They never have strong enough flow so the water can make it to the fountain. The motor is loud too.

Mold & mildew build up very quickly. The only reason i even bothered to order a new pump is that i dont want to throw the thing in the garbage to sit in a dump for 50 yrs. Filled with water, plugged it in, heard the pump start.

It needs a depth of at least 1 to prevent spiling. It's a pain to take the top tray of and it spills when u try. Removing the top is also somewhat of a problem.
