Pros & Cons
Pros
Once installed it is awesome. Took two of us to install.
Very tight closure and very well insulated. Reinstalling the insulated flap and the inner door was a challenge.

Framed it with wood and glued it in. There is a cover that snaps on.
Cons
It has 3 flaps but doesn't line up to the magnet to securely close. Air constantly leaks into the house. Replaced the flap no less than 3 times.
Highlights
Quality
Overall durable and was easy to install.
I like the 3 flap system, holds well in the wind.
Last year the temps got -20 and my outside flap shattered.
The wind was constantly opening the old one.
Price
Went to hardware store and bought some steel screws for $4.
