These collars are the only collars i buy for my 3 big dogs. My dogs play rough. They love to run around and through the shrubs in the back yard. They have a smaller loop for tags and license which is a hugh plus.
We purchased these breakaway collars and they work great. Terrifying so many stories out there of dogs hanging themselves inadvertently. Genuinely, i think this product's reviews aren't as high as they should be.
Was bought for my 11 week old rottweiler pup. My gsd loves to grab my pitbull by the collar and i was concerned one of them would get hurt one day. I have an australian shepherd and a coonhound mix, both of which weigh about the same.
Cons
I ordered a medium size collar for him in the 3/4 width, but i received the medium size collar in the 1 width, which is too wide for him. The d rings are too far apart to comfortably join them for clipping on the leash. Any tension and collar snaps in... Read More

I unfortunately learned the hard way of the possible dangers of dog collars when one of my dogs got his jaw stuck under the others collar

They often play hard enough they rip each other’s collars off so i can just imagine the risk if they did not have the breakaway feature

Be aware that if you order the red though it is definitely more of a pink

I got red to match my dog’s harness but you can see clearly that the colors are quite different

I accidentally only hooked my leash onto one of the collar loops and it broke away without a hitch when my dog pulled

Theyve also figured out how to grab each other by the collar and unfortunately they have each gotten their teeth caught ended up choking the other one
