We are very pleased with the cat door.

    We put the collar on her with the magnet dangling so she would get used to it first

    Then we put in the door but taped open the latch for about 2 weeks so she would be used to using the door

    Works great only problem was my cat tried to open it with her paw so it would stay locked the magnet that releases the latch has to be really close to activate
