Martingale collars are the safest and most comfortable collars for dogs in our opinion. The collar is durable and well made. No frays or tears.

Cons
Not even at the buckle or at a pinch-point. I have a 77 pound german shepherd and he gave it one tug and it failed about three days after purchase. It gets loose very quickly (like within a few hours) and then sits really low on the neck.

With that being said the collar that came with the tag fits my pitbull better and seems to do what i needed it for.
Price
I ordered the used one because of price was cheaper and some of the reviews said that the size was off for what u needed.
Competitiveness
While it can be a bit challenging to adjust (especially while on your furbaby), i never worry about it.
Our 55lb hound would back out of his collar on walks but not with this.
