I might need to play around with the adjustments, but the harness sits right in his armpits and the front strap is only adjustable so far.

Size small fits well to my 20lbs rat terrer and my 14 lbs min pinscher.
I had one for my large dog after having it recommended by a trainer.
My 45lbs pittbull terrier does pull some but not as bad as she would with a choke chain.

Ive read that the dog can die if the lower jaw gets stuck in a loose collar and there is no one around to help
