Quality
No smell, great performance, ease of use….
It would be neat if they could offer just a regular version that doesn’t have wifi connections or an app.
This one was incredibly easy to assemble and took less than 20 minutes.
It's very quiet and the materials seem high quality.
Price
It’s so incredibly annoying to pay so much for something and one of the features not work.
Overall, they are worth the cost for the convenience because the basic functions work and that’s why i was buying this anyway.
So it was costing a lot to keep them clean.
Competitiveness
Glad i spent the extra $50 (more than off brand) for the petsafe brand.

The auto litterbox stopped recording on my phone once although it was still connected to wifi but i just unplugged and plugged it back in and it started recording again

I was considering a more expensive brand and decided i did not want to take that expensive of a gamble just for my cat not to approve

They aren’t perfect but they are much more convenient and less smelly than regular litter boxes

They would get smelly in a hurry because my cats aren’t bright and don’t always bury their poop……and i also had to do full litter changes quite often
