Pros & Cons
Pros
These are great because it makes eating an activity. It dispenses the right amount of food when my cat pushes it. This is great for my cat who eats too quickly.
Ball has 2 options for adjusting the size of the openings. I've found that i can get the holes perfect to keep the kibble from spilling out in a huge pile on the floor. Size of the holes is adjustable.
This slow feeder ball is great for that. We have a boy and girl and both have gotten a little chubby and greedy with food. This ball slows down my cats eating while providing entertainment.
Cons
Very upset with this purchase, the holes are too big and the food falls right out. Even with too fast food drop, they never push on it. Don't bother, just cut a hole in a plastic bottle.
Even on the hardest setting, it's really not that effective for exercise. Your money is better spent on a wand toy or healthier cat food. My cat is either too lazy or doesn't like it.
Highlights
Quality
Rolls easily, adjustable opening, and stays put together.
Good quality, lid locks into place well.
Every few days i simply wash it with a drop of dawn, rinse well, dry, then set it aside to completely air dry.
I have replaced 4 times as it does not hold up to all the dogs rolling it literally everywhere.
Price
Great product at a reasonable price with speedy delivery!
