Cons

The collar either no longer receives a signal or just flat out doesn't work. I’m hoping to get a replacement, maybe this one is a fluke. The collars and black attachments are way too large smaller dogs and not practical for normal wear.

It was listed as a prime day deal for a new system.

The batteries do need to be replaced every two months or so, but they are inexpensive so this isn’t an issue.

Shipping

I contacted pet safe directly and they are sending me new collar.

I just watched a quick youtube video and got it programmed very quickly to my system.
