I started off with the regular earbuds and i felt like it was muting the music in my ear so i changed it almost immediately to the cushioned earbuds

Running outside requires a certain level of attention to the traffic and conditions around me thus id usually just place the earbuds on my ear without a snug fit and hoping that the wings keep it in place
