Wow these are the best headphones i have owned.
Today, exactly after 1 month of usage the left ear bud stopped working.
I really liked these headphones, but the left side stopped working about 6 weeks after i received them.
No annoying cord attached to your phone!
Shipping
I was given a few things to try, but when those didn’t work they shipped me a replacement pair.
Update: i contacted customer service and the response was very fast.
