Not sure if it actually shrank or if its because the crinkles get more pronounced when you dry it but i like the crinkle look of muslin

Only 34complaint34 is that its not big enough to drape over the sides of my king size bed it only covers the top

This is definitely a blanket for warm weather you wont be using this at least not on its own in the dead of winter

We did air it out for a couple hours before first use just to be on the safe side but i am not sure that was necessary and when you stick your nose up against it and breathe in there is no noticeable chemical aroma so that is good

Some synthetic bed products have quite a high level of vocs when new but that is not the case here
