I had purchased my previous faucets from a local hardware store for a much higher cost but they lasted less than 3 years

Then when i went to take them off i found the nut was rusted to the valve and i had to cut it off

Apparently there was not a good seal around the base of the valve and the nut was made of cheap material that rust
