Pros
Faucet set is a third of the price of low-end faucet sets at big box retailers and it is much nicer. They were professionally installed. Double sink, so doing 2 to match.
Easy to install and sleek. Exceeded my expectations for the price.
The pop up drain stopper is very easy to pull out for cleaning. Working well so far (2 weeks) and still need to observe its durability. My only complaint is with the shape of the drain, which is flat instead of tapering downwards.
The handles are heavy guage which gives them a very solid feel. It's copper and stainless steal and looks like it will last. Individual handles and faucet enclosed in small tied bags to prevent damage in shipment.
Really thoughtfully worked out. Works great. Very nicely built. Looks and works better than assemblies costing three times as much.
Cons
Hot water faucet drips.
Visually defective item. It's a proprietary setup so there is no replacement part readily available.

Very good value and looks great too
Great price ,looks good and works great .
They told my they wouldn't reimburse for the cost of my plumber.
I read reviews and most were good so i purchased this for 1/3 the cost of my 4 year old name brand bathroom faucet.
Packaging/appearance
Pros - look clean, simple, are easy to maintain and excellent packaging to protect items from dents and scratches.
Looks good just what i neededfast service and deliveryyes would buy again
Annoying having to install these twice because whoever packaged these or created these messed up on the color buttons.
Competitiveness
So far this is a great product and it looks similar to the pricy name brand faucet it replaced.

Additionally the design of the grohe faucet made it extremely difficult to remove given that the 2piece leverconnection had also corroded and would not come apart

With the 2 pieces of my grohe faucet fused together in an lshape that prevented its removal from my countertop i resorted to using a sawzall to literally cut through the pipe so i could then remove it
