Pros
Follow instructions as on the pot. Dampen hair mid-lengths to ends,apply elastcizer and leave for approx 10 mins, rinse and shampoo and condition as normal. It is far better than any conditioner i have used.
Cons
This product contains propylene glycol which is used in anti freeze! A fiddle to use, not much difference to my hair and very expensive. My hair looks limp and lifeless and has no bounce at all.

In fact this is so good i plan to try more philip kingsley products!
Highly recommended: 150ml tub lasted me about a month when using the product 3 times a week!
This is not a 'one useage' product, it should be used 1-2 times a week to get results.

I note anotherr review that stated that this product contacins a very small amount of diazolidinyl urea and the potential risks associated with cancer
