The unit arrived with a 75% charge and took a little less than 1 hour to reach the 100% level.
Finally the tow guy arrived and he had one of these little machines and it got my husband's car started withing seconds.
Packaging/appearance
It comes with a case so everything stays neatly packaged together.
It came well packaged and the charge is at 76%.
Competitiveness
The quality of this philips unit seems to far exceed that of other, lower-cost compact jump starters on the market.

I and i think most people probably have some product or appliance made by phillips and i for one have had great performance from most but not all of the products manufactured by this company

This is a basic power bank meaning that there are no features such as tire inflators or anything like that to compete with the main function of jumpstarting your automobile

In the video i wrongly stated that you charge this unit with a dc adapter

The unit comes with a supplied c to c cable but you have to buy a brick to use with this it doesn’t come with one which is disappointing at this price point

I considered leaving the lights on and letting the battery die to test it out but i have an older car and i don’t like to take the chance of messing around with things that aren’t broken so i will have to settle for using it to charge my laptop and i must say that it’s working without issue it’s charging my laptop as i write this review
