They didn’t put off any heat at all, that’s why led lights are so great, especially on a real tree.

Were fairly expensive so hope they last for several holiday seasons.
All in all, a pretty good buy for the price, as long as they don't die after a year or two.

I used these to decorate my 8’ christmas tree and they were perfect.
I bought two spools of these lights and one spool came out of the box with 1/4 of its lights not working.
The lights came rolled nicely on a spool so they can stored the same way.

There is a section however that when hanging kept going out then coming back on

After messing with the strand and swapping in the replacement bulbs i was able to get all but two of the bulbs on the strand to work

They arent as yellow as incandescent bulbs but are definitely not blue

They do have a cheap ac rectification circuitry which means they strobeflicker turn onoff 60 times per second
