Pros
The only certified repair shop in tampa is an hour away. The grinder is loud, but, well, it’s grinding so i’d expect it to be.
The lattego milk frother revolutionizes the way milk-based beverages are prepared. It delivers silky smooth froth in seconds. The frother is a game-changer, elevating milk- based beverages to a whole new level.
Cons
The build materials and overall quality substandard for the price. If you have the opportunity go for more reliable brands with better qa/qc protocols.
The water reservoir seems ok, thus problem seems to be driven by an internal mechanism. After only 3 weeks of not cleaning, this coffee maker create extremely high amounts of mold. Constantly does not grind properly.

It is very simple to use, and makes a consistently good product every time.
It’s also very heavy duty and easy to clean.
Unfortunately on day one it started leaking hot water out of the bottom after the milk was steamed.
The biggest issue i had was finding whole beans to grind.

I would absolutely recommend this and i think it's a great bang for your buck option!
I’ve mastered my drink at home and will be saving a lot of money by not going to the coffee shop.
It has paid for itself in a month.
It was a fiddly but easy fix, and for the price it was definitely worth the risk.

I saw a few people mention that the beans have to be a particular "non-waxy" brand so maybe do your research on what to buy there.
I have had fully auto machines before from saeco and gaggia and the coffee is just as good if not better than both of those.

However what makes this so much better is the milk foamer concept which delivers fantastic foamy lattescappuccinos without the hassle of having to make it yourself using a pannarello stick

My machine was a refurb and had a leak due to one of the tubes coming loose in the back

The leak is covered under warranty but i do have to ship it back to the factory for repair
