This espresso machine is next level. The cup of coffee brews is better than the auto coffemakers i have had before. I love it so far and highly recommend if you love a great coffee made the way it should be then i highly recommend!

As far as basic functionality, the screen is fairly straight forward. The control panel is the highlight, very neat and intuitive. The choices and * are a little daunting at first.

Most (not all) parts are dishwasher safe so it's easily. Cleaned. Be sure to run a couple of test runs to cleanse the machine internals. The grinder and operation and clean up is the easiest i’ve ever had.

Hot water setting is very fast at heating and the spout doubles as a milk frother. Milk frother for lattes and cappuccino. Makes the creamiest froth.

This is a good machine if you do more than cappuccino and lattes. There is no way to froth milk unless you make a coffee. Don't use dark roast beans as the more oily surface of the roasted bean leaves oily residue inside the machine.

Customer service reps sound like robots reading from a script. They profusely thank you every 5 mins but can't seem to have an actual conversation. Getting warranty service is a nightmare.

There was no way to contact rayma back and upon clicking the link provided there was no options for contacting her back. They ask a few questions, none including what i've done to troubleshoot the machine, and escalate the issue.

Overall the machine was cheaply built. The kinks really need to be worked out so this machine is reliably usable.

I also have a delonghi and it had the same problem with fewer bells and whistles, which are all meaningless in my opinion. Philips return policy/resolution is unsatisfactory. The only fix is to send the machine to philips for service.
