Water tank lid is very difficult to turn to lock into place, actually hurt my nails each time as nothing to grip. I never fill beyond the max line and yet it still leaks everywhere.

The timer is old school turning knob. Not great. It takes over 40mins to steam carrots if you are cutting it for baby led weaning. I would not recommend it my mummy friends.
