Cannot comment on longevity, but seem well made. Subsequently, i was offered an opportunity to purchase more after christmas at a discounted price. Fantastic value and they shine brightly!
Bright, warm color light, and distribute the light evenly.
Cons
Daylight sensor bulbs flicker and are unsuable. Does not work correctly with daylight sensor controlled fixtures.

The candles are on a day/night sensor and the bulbs flicker rapidly in about 50% of the candles.
Don't get the ge ones, very dim.

Good value for the price when bought in a 20-pack, i have installed 2 of the 20 bulbs so far and they work perfectly.
Love these, great price in the 12 pack.

Since i dont have those i went back to incandescents in the windows but im going to try these in my department 56 houses

Be aware that the bottom portion of the light is covered with an opaque covering that does not let light through so that may be a factor with your needs
