Bought this for my 13 year old granddaughter. Looks to be ideal with care taken to lessen the heat effects of a straightener. Only issue is that the lock mechanism can get in the way when i clamp down to straighten.

The burning smells stays days till you washed it. The burning smell stays until you wash it.

I love it, it’s perfectly style my long hair and very easy to use.
Adjustable temp and has a lock button to keep the tongs closed for when not in use which i love.
Only issue i have is that the lock mechanism can get in the way when i clamp down to straighten and doesn’t allow the plates to touch.
Price
Budget-friendly hair tool and i 100% like it.
