Pros
Having a jeep means changing headlight bulbs is a must. Much brighter <oem>. Brighter but about 30-40%. Bright as can be without having to pay for hids.
Paint stripes are bright in even heavy oncoming traffic. The puddles do reflect up into the sky, so some vehicles may cause issues for taller oncoming rigs. They're currently used in a '97 saturn sw2.
Cons
H13 bulbs are not any brighter than the oem ones! These are a waste of money! It works only for months before burned out, while the original bulb last for 10+ years. These lights dull slowly overtime.

Big improvement over the origional halogen bulbs that came with on my 2014 f150.
Better and more true color of environment than piaa bulbs!
Don't fall for the silverstar garbage that doesn't last as long and has less brightness than these.
I get a good bit more light on the sides of the road and much better vision down the road
Price
If your not happy with them, at least you'll only loose out on $25 or so.

They are no hidled quality but you get what you pay for
