Pros

Old magnetic ballasts that have stood the test of time - except for one ballast. After installed, flipped the switch, the lights come on really quick without flickering and hum buzzing. Smaller but still fit in the fixture tabs.

Wiring these in was very easy. Easy to install. Few wire nuts to remove old, then right back with the new.

Cons

This ballets runs only 2 t-8 bulbs not the three in my fixture. Their white, and don't weigh over 8 ounces. The weight for the item shown is 1.

Very easy to install, and it works better than the original ballast.

Product had correct holes/tabs that fit directly in place of the failed ballasts-no hassle installation.

The variable voltage for this ballast took out a lot of guess work - it was literally plug and go.

Price

Saved me from throwing the fixture away and spending $100 on new one!

This will make my change over to t8 bulbs affordable.

Also paid about 40% less at amazon than what i would have paid at a big box retailer, and knew what i was buying.
