Excellent product, 100 % quality, easy to use
I was spoiled with the hospital rental that would auto switch after two minutes.
Later on using this with the string bras for pump, this has been easy to use, it's not loud as people say.
With the silicone parts this can be tricky to wipe dry.
Shipping
The shipping cost to send product back wouldn't be worth it.
Competitiveness
I like it way better than my medela.
I would buy this pump 100 times over my medela anyday.
I also get alot more oz's out with this then i ever did with medela.

The assembly of parts and amount of attention to detail making sure all seals are complete with no moisture or air are the reason for the four star rating

Cleaning is fairly easy you just have to make sure to clean all parts and let them dry completely before trying to pump
