Only downside is some does get stuck in the lid. Measure out the electrolyte powder in each compartment and add to my water bottle as needed for long training sessions/events.

It doesn’t leak through the lid to the outside nor the internal chambers which is basically the purpose of it

For extra safety i put this in a ziplock bag before putting it inside my nappy bag
