Pros & Cons
Pros
The soothie snuggle comes with a soothie pacifier which is attached on a silicone ring (the ring slides over the grip part of the pacifier) it also has a velcro loop where a pacifier with a handle can be attached. The stitching is done very well.
At home the plain old pacifier is best for us. These holders are the most adorable and comforting way to hold a pacifier. Made with the same trusted * i have used with all of my kids.
The pacifier with phillips is detachable and easy to clean. The plush toy is washable, and any type of pacifier needs to be sanitized between uses.
A sloth helps hold a pacifier with your baby. The sloth is so soft and adorable.
Cons
The pacifier falls off the seal every 2 minutes. It seems like a good idea for the pacifier part to be removable for cleaning, but it comes out and gets lost too easily. The toy does not come with a soothe pacifier.
The ad is very deceiving. This should be designed batter. It's very frustrating to use.

Competitiveness
We tried several different brands and these were the best.
Now he only takes a different brand i love that i can still use this for him!
He does fit other brands, though my girl prefers philips, we did try parents' choice pacis and they work well with the sloth.
My granddaughter is now two weeks old and the binky at the hospital they used on my granddaughter is the same brand as this one.
