You get 5 tap adapters and a key to tighten the adapter you need after removing the old nozzle on your tap, do this first then twist open the filter casing anti clockwise to remove the plastic packaging on the filter, once you've put the filter back into the device pull the catch anti clockwise and click it firmly onto the new adapter on your tap, push the button to go onto unfiltered and run the tap for 5 seconds, it will flush the filter(do this each day to keep it clean and prevent clogging), push the button to go back onto filtered, set the current month on the dial so you know when to replace the filter.  Read Less
