They do the job as expected and are as good as the ones that came with the original toothbrush.

Like the sonicare brand in general, it's a bit expensive, but at the same time it is decent stuff and i wouldn't change brand for anything.

After using other replacement heads i decided to bin them all and go for the original item

They may be expensive but i could only get packs of 4 on here whereas my local stores only had the two packs

As consumables they are in my opinion way overpriced especially now that all of the mechanism for vibrating is in the handle now

The brushes are much simpler in design now and yes more effective but do yourself a favour and try out the nobrand alternatives they may not be as good in terms of longevity but they are also much cheaper
