Pros

Philips h11 visionplus upgrade headlight bulb is a great choice for drivers who want to improve their visibility on the road. Easy to install and easy to replace. Great value and decent packaging to limit effects of shipping perturbations.

Brightness is decent and maybe just a bit better than the previous oem light. About the same brightness as my original grand cherokee bulbs. Install into my 2011 camry took 1.

Provides up to 60% more vision than standard halogen bulbs. They provide a much brighter and wider beam. They are also a bit more on the white (rather than yellowish) spectrum.

Cons

The filaments coils melt together and eventually fail. They're not compatible with a 2015 dodge durango. Warranty is only for 3 months or 3,750 miles.
