Under-the-nose design eliminates need for a traditional nasal mask. Fits great and is very comfortable. The mask fits into it well as does the hose port. No funky smells and fit is perfect. Better than the standard face cushion.
The part # is phillips #1116746. Tag has the product #, as well as manufacturer location, and the product birthdate. High quality material/ label looks as if it is a true phillips respironics inc. Oem replacement. Phillip.
Cons
It feels cheap and flimsy. It has a terrible off gassing smell to it. It is difficult to manufacture, and chinese silicone (which this is) often contain impurities.
