Pros

The lights are easy to setup and you can controll everything from the philips hue app. The strip is light years ahead of the individual play lamps so make the move and hook your old lamps up to ur gaming system. This is a great way to get the most out... Read More

Scifi movies like tron or avatar are great with this.

Hue play bars work surprisingly well but it can be a pain to place their location in the app to get them to display colors properly. It's very responsive to the color changes and makes watching a movie, that much better.

The lights look incredible and works great when i can get it to connect. As far as the lights, yup exactly as advertised.

Cons

In hindsight this seems obvious to me, but already having hue go lamps covering the right and left flanks in hue sync leaves the strip feeling somewhat redundant. The replacement i received has the blue green wrong color defect. Googling this shows it... Read More

I'm not sure if this was a refurbished gradient light strip or a previously returned item. However for the price point there still exist some serious gaps that leave me gritting my teeth as a consumer. Really shoddy for $200+ product.
