Quality

I love these, they are very useful and offer many colors.

The hue family products are great and have slowly been taking over my home, they have already taken over my office.

Out of all 45 of my hue products this and the first generation strips are my least favorite.

First off, yes this does not provide an accurate color, instead it mixes colors to produce the one color you want so there are ...  Read More

Would be worth it for $40 i think

At $51 a pop, it is hard to justify.

How hue will totally handle thread remains a bit unknown with the hubs only currently having support but i dont see this as a major factor since the zigbee mesh the bulbs create for themselves is sufficient

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The only negative i would consider is that the hubs do have a finite number of bulbs they can support before reliability begins to deteriorate rapidly with the absolute maximum number being 63 and the danger zone starting at 50

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I misread the description and thought there would be a white light option like the bulbs and there wasnt which was no big deal since i wanted it as a pop color behind my bed

I wish they were less expensive

At 51 a pop it is hard to justify

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I think is too small maybe bigger would be cooler and more bright would be perfect

Wish they would expand to more colors like hue lights
