Bought the lightstrip while on black friday deal and it just doesn’t connect.
Packaging/appearance
Plus, although there's there's little scissor markers to indicate where to cut the lightstrip, i was a little nervous about doing that!
Competitiveness
You can cut and join with a small corner piece (there's only one in the box), but it's a bit of a faff.
Philips hue lightstrip extension v4 [1 m]this isn't the cheapest led light strip available.

The light strip really needs to be hidden behind something the tv in my use case such as a valance piece if going around a ceiling edge or under kitchen cabinets if thats where you want it otherwise you can see each individual led

My only qualm was that this product doesnt stick well to the corners of the tv

I stuck the corners down with masking tape for a few weeks then removed it which seemed to fix this
