I’d really suggest grabbing a tape measure andor mocking out the size on some paper or cardboard to give you a better idea of how big the panel is

The unit comes with a set of basic picture based instructions though they don’t make any mention of joists which surprises me as the panel weighs the better part of five kilograms

Which would be a lot for plasterboard though it could be fine as its spread across four screws
