Pros

Delivered quick and timely. Packaged well. Of course, like all hue products, they're pricier than they should be.

Hue integrates seamlessly with apple homekit, alexa as well as google for voice control. It integrates with siri pretty well.

My only complaint is that some of the fixtures are a bit pricey. But for now, they look amazing!

Cons

The mounting system for these lights is inexcusable. Not useable with the hub, alexa or any of my other lights. The two systems are not compatible.

Philips products are way overpriced. I have to reset them daily, and even then it’s hard to get them to respond.

The 3 friction slots are just horrible and to make matters worse you cannot press them in, as you do a friction plate on the side. They fall out all the time.

Very easy to control with the phillips hue hub and alexa.

Already not very impressed with the 'quality' (potentially used) product that i received.

But i can't knock the quality of the hardware or light output.

Shipping

I like that it was quick and easy to install and connected extremely fast to my hue bridge.

Packaging/appearance

One of the units was missing the e26 adapter pigtail so it couldn't be installed.

Competitiveness

These match our other hue bulbs great as well as sengled bulbs.

I use them with both apple homekit and alexa but i mostly use alexa.
