Purchased as recommended by my electrician to replace halogen bulbs. They are lightbulbs. It’s a light bulb and it works, it replaces adequately the one that went out.

Wed held off changing to led lighting for our kitchen lounge with about 12 recessed halogen lights after at great expense we changed a few of them 4 or 5 years ago and the light described as warm white was garish

Once under the lit area the illumination looks exactly the same as for the replaced halogen bulb

These have an expected life of 15 years so a massive saving at little more than a halogen version
