Pros
Bought this for uplighter due to working from home, home lighting is generally dimmer and warmer in the room lamps. This 200w equivalent bulb is bright and feels much better to work and study in.
Cons
They advertise as it will last for up to 15,000 hours. It flickered went off and back on again and as you can see in the attached photo, it's now not very bright at all.

It is bigger than a normal bulb though so beware as it fits uplighter perfectly but wouldnt fit small lamps
