New device is an add-on to the ipod nano. I love the look of it and find it really motivating! Although this is a bit expensive (especially for only 256mb), i believe it is worth every penny.
The foot pod is accurate right out of the box. The only disadvantage is that you can't run to the radio if you are calibrating a run.
Mp3-running is a runners tool. Headphones that come with the player are fine. I like my sony phones, because they have a volume control wheel right below your neck, which reduces the amount of reaching across your body to the unit for volume control. ... Read More

The two velcro ends dont attach to each other but rather fold back on the ends around the rubber container loops
