Cons
The sonicare battery toothbrush barely does more than vibrate. It vibrates but does nothing to massage your gums. The vibration is all in the handle & not the bristles.
Amazon directs me to make a claim with phillips product support. This is just a bad product that the seller passes along as good/great. However, it's the old style, built to last, and so has become obsolete.
After about 3 months of use the on button takes two thumbs pressing as hard as possible to come on. No success in replacing the battery even after trying for an hour. It seems as though the power button is shorted out or something.

This one was used every day for 30 days straight and the battery still wasn't cashed out.
I’ve been using it for months, here is the conclusion: battery life is great, travel case is nice, a little bulky, …weak power.

This is a great electric toothbrush for the price.
Way cheaper & there's 3 heads with this total & the carrying case is perfect for on the go life.
You get the sonicare technology for a much affordable price.

Competitiveness
Brush head replacements are also much easier to find than other brands
I'm going to try some off-brand replacement heads in the hopes that they're stiffer.
My quip brush stopped working so i switched to this phillips one and it was a good decision!
