Pros & Cons
Pros
Timer signal works fine (every 30 seconds), although i would like its change-in-vibration signal to be a little more prominent. The toothbrush is lightweight and easy to carry. It protects the bristles perfectly and is super cute.
Cons
The sonicare battery toothbrush barely does more than vibrate. It vibrates but does nothing to massage your gums. The vibration is all in the handle & not the bristles.
The on button takes two thumbs pressing as hard as possible to come on. No success in replacing the battery even after trying for an hour. It seems as though the power button is shorted out or something.
Amazon directs me to make a claim with phillips product support. It only lasts for 2 month and cost $25. It has since been deposited to the circular file.
Highlights
Quality
This brush works great and the brushes feel really good.
This is a great product and is great for travel, it only needs batteries and is strong and again is great for travel
This one was used every day for 30 days straight and the battery still wasn't cashed out.
Only had it a month so can't attest to battery life but over the past month it doesn't seem to be loosing any power so that's a positive.
Price
Good value coming with two extra brush heads.
Good oral care at a reasonable price.
Much cheaper than at my local walgreens.
Competitiveness
I'm going to try some off-brand replacement heads in the hopes that they're stiffer.
I have been using a cheap offbrand electric brush that's a copy of the high end philips and this is only slightly weaker than that one.
