A few customers were disappointed with the proprietary charging plug instead of USB C. Overall, customers generally like the toothbrush for its size and effectiveness in cleaning teeth.

Travel Case Durability
Customers have mixed feelings about the travel case durability of the Philips One by Sonicare Rechargeable Toothbrush. While some appreciate its compactness and convenience, others find it flimsy and not protective enough for travel.

Others have experienced issues with the charger not functioning properly after several months of use and no replacement cables available.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality and easy to brush my teeth with the build in timer along with the soft brush.
Easy to hold and use, fast charging, performs better then my old philips sonicare, easy to clean and light weight.
The toothbrush casing expanded from the battery inside and it vibrated to death outside in our driveway.
My habit is to only charge it when it is out of power, so weeks go in between charging.
Price
It is cost effective and yes, i would buy it again.
Competitiveness
This is my mistake/ my faultbuti have a similar phillips product with a similar charger.
It is a bit different than the others i have had.
I would expect the newer model to be even better.
